About Tiffany

I’m a communication coach, trained actor, and the developer of the Regulate–Respond–Reset framework — a mind-body approach to communication grounded in nervous-system awareness, somatic practice, and reflective learning.

My journey into communication coaching began on stage. After years working professionally across theatre, television and film, I discovered that the tools performers use to manage nerves, connect authentically, and communicate under pressure are just as powerful off stage as on it.

That insight led me to Monash University’s School of Medicine, where I have been delivering communication workshops to medical students navigating the demands of clinical practice. Witnessing the impact of this work — and the gap that exists across so many other sectors — inspired me to bring these tools to schools, healthcare organisations, and corporate teams.

I believe that when we regulate our nervous system, our truest and most effective communication can emerge. That belief is at the heart of everything I do.

Testimonials

A real breath of fresh air — the role playing sessions were extremely useful, allowing us time to focus on basic interpersonal skills that we wouldn’t usually focus on. A super useful initiative for medical students, reminding us that we play an important communication role with patients, not a purely diagnostic one
